Only in this last attack she used for sure Haki, as for the others there is no evidence about it.
But she may had used Haki for simply increasing her attack and then launched a normal shockwave (but this one with its AP increased since she "charged" with Haki first).
Same as Zoro in DR. He increased his AP by coating his swords but the flying slashes are not Haki.
