Law and Kid were last minute additions in sabaody. Elfab has been planned since the start. And all the harley stuff make it clear that elfab, and Loki especially, is super important to endgame.
Loki also performed a feat that basically puts him at the top of the verse.

Any "humbling" or L Loki gets will be sugarcoated enough to not make it an actual L for him.
Like, look at the current state. He was attacked while he was chained to seastone and Gerd said it would take 6 months to heal. He's starting the arc with such a nerf lol.

Because it took like 200 chapters to finally get to Kaido and it makes 0 sense for anyone but Luffy to beat him. Also, Kaido is stronger than Mihawk so even powerscaling wise it made no sense.

You're not necessarily gonna change my opinion, although I didn't deny that it's very likely. Being an immortal awakened Zoan with a weapon makes him extremely tough, just as good as Nusjuro, but Killingham has utility powers and I think there's a good reason why we never see those types as the Zoro opponent.
