The meanings of the titles are what make them fake or not.

pirate king is the defined as the man who conquered the sea. And by conquered the sea, they mean he found the one island no one else on earth can find

that’s the definition of pirate king, and if anything about this definition is a lie, then the title becomes a lie… If There is another unknown unreachable island besides Laugh tale and Roger NEVER found it, that would mean that Roger did not conquer the sea and that means his title is a lie.
