Character Discussion Zoro should get more panel time.
Oda should give Zoro more panel time, he will make Zoro look like shit just like how bad Luffy post timeskip character became up until Wano, where he was returned to the way he was before the timeskip.
Oda regressed Luffy's character post timeskip from the way it was pre timeskip until Wano. That is where he returned it to the way it was pre timeskip. Faking character progression.
We see what happens when Oda focuses on characters, they turn out to be shit because he is bad at writing them. Look at Sanji post timeskip.
When Oda focused on Zoro he got one shotted by killer. So he should focus on him more.

While I do agree Luffy gets too much panel time, Zoro has more than enough screen time. The other Strawhats like Usopp, Nami, and Robin should be getting some of that panel time Luffy gets. Even some of the more important side characters like Kidd should get more panel time imo. He was hyped as one of the 3 main Supernovas along with Law and he’s gotten scraps when it comes to screen time compared to Law. I would have liked to see how Kidd escaped Udon alone before he got captured again or how Kidd found and rescued his crew tbh.
You say that as if Oda didnt give LEGITIMATE reason as to why Zoro lost to those opponents withoud making him look weak or serve as a hype tool...Buggy being a literal counter to early story Zoro, Arlong only winning because Zoro was at deaths door, Enel having at that point in the story an unbeatable DF with Luffy being his sole weakness, Lucci sent Luffy flying too not just Zoro, plus he never realy KOed any of the two if anything Luffy and Zoro where portraied as equaly strong, and since when Oars was an opponent that Luffy take out alone?
Now Sanji has had his ass being beaten arround all over the new world, first he lost an exchange for the sole purpose of hyping vergo up for Law, then he was used for hyping up Doffy, then his useless family, while Law lost fair and square to Doffy withoud any being a direct counter to the other....No Zoro will not be used as a hype tool like that.

I think he's had the right amount of panel time, especially on Wano. Yes, he went missing for 2 years during WCI. Something I believe to be a mistake in the long run, but besides that, he still gets screen time and highlights in whatever arc he is present for. Oda never skips out on Zoro if he is actually there participating.
My issue, though, isn't with his panel time, it's with his dynamics with the crew. I'd prefer it to be more like Pre-timeskip. Zoro had serviceable moments with each of his crewmates. It's incredibly rare to see Zoro spend meaningful time with Strawhats not named Luffy post timeskip. Even his reunion with Sanji fell flat after their dynamic entry to save Toko. Wano's done wonders for his character on an individual level, but I would hope for more character interactions with his family after the arc.
