Not betting anything since Chrono still hasn't answered my question.

But I think the majority of the damage is going to be done by Luffy with Zoro delivering the final blow which will end Kaido's terror. I just don't think Kaido is going to be killed. Kaido will be a changed man after Luffy and Zoro are done with him.
