To face big mom reigns over north blue surname that evokes fear great notoriety, can always attend the reverie after killing the kings of north blue

Come back when your goat pinzoro has a record of this caliber :kobeha::kobeha:
Most Zoro fans don't care about his lineage lol, in fact most of us want him to be the random who clawed his way up through sheer willpower.
We got most of what we wanted here, the L for us is that Oda revealed it in an SBS after hinting about it in Wano

Clowning on Pinzoro isn't the dunk you think it is

-With Zoro's backstory reveal we now know that he isn't a direct descendant of Ryuma nor his clone or transmigrant. He is at best a very distant descendant of shimotsuki Ryuma that lived 400 years ago. His parents and grandparent until proven otherwise were pretty much fodders. Zoro didn't inherit anything from his family other than their passion for swordsmanship and the fact that he shares the same will as Shimotsuki Ryuma the will to be the strongest.
-Zoro's greatest power is his will like Ryuma the sword God, this explains why his haki is unusually very strong enough to match strong devil fruit users and overpower them.
He just works harder than anyone else to master his craft and is very dedicated to his goal.

all these reveal only make Zoro's portrayal and feats greater imo.

Honestly don't see what the big deal is. Where would any of this fit into the Wano storyline? No one in Wano knew Zoro's mother was a descendant from there, and they damn sure didn't know who his father was. Some kind of flashback for this would have felt out of place and contributed nothing to the story except to appease people who wanted to know about Zoros parents. We finally got our answer, Zoro is half Shimotsuki, half Pinwheel. We should all rejoice that it can finally be laid to rest.

To bait people. No other reason, looking at it now.
Come on dude, this is cope and you know it.

Looking in retrospect, it is clear that Loda had plans, just like he had many other plotpoints planned in Wano.

And just like how he abandoned those plotpoints, he abandoned the Zoro lineage plotpoint too. Doesn't this simple explanation make a lot more sense than "Oda just wanted to bait people"?

He's 100 percent a direct descendant. His Great Grandmother is the sister of the man who looks exactly like Ryuma, as does Zoro.

This is not my problem since most of the zorostans treated sanji of judge's sperm and prestigious lineage without taking into account his childhood... today the wheel has turned since zoro descends from the lineage of ryuma :risitameh:

1. During his flashback with Kozaburo, Zoros grandmother Furiko could’ve been shown at the funeral. Since his parents died Zoro likely lived with her specifically.
2. After Onigashima Zoro goes to Ryumas grave and sees the graves of the Shimotsuki clan members including those who were on the ship to the East Blue
3. Gyukimaru and Kawamatsu mentions those who left wano were given graves to show the end of their life on this country
4. Zoro sees a grave and picture of “Shimotsuki Furiko” and he puts his own pieces together.

It didn’t need to be a flashback, just allow oda to naturally explore this side of Zoros backstory. It doesn’t even have to be major to the plot, but Zoros character deserved to have it actually implemented and not a minor aftermath.

Um, what does percentage of blood matter? Direct descendant means you share the same bloodline, not that you have 100 percent of that persons blood, which is impossible. Even Ryuma's own children would only have 50 percent of his DNA.
Oda himself agree otherwise Zoro would be shimotsuki instead of roronoa.
Post automatically merged:

direct descendant that was kuina shimotsuki.

distand descedant is Roronoa Zoro.

They are like a 100 generations apart though.
That is one saving grace here.

What Zoro potentially inherited is the will of Ryuma, not the bloodline which should be pretty miniscule after several generations.

Inheritance of will that appears over generations is a common theme in OP

??
What are you even saying lol.

Zbois were saying that Sanji's power comes from experiments from Judge, which is at least partly true.
Honestly should've just left Sanji at being a "failed experiment", was the appeal......but Loda shenanigans meant he got germa bio powerup anyway.

Ryuma is countless generations away from Zoro, his bloodline is miniscule.
