katakuri would be a good option till he told luffy to stand up while acting like he really wanted to take him down the entire fight.
luffy would be when he is serious but outside of that, he's not intimidating .

wb would be a solid candidate as well but just not for me.
Basically a bad ass is someone you dont want to fuck with and those three give that aura without lifting a finger/without haki. They are just naturally recognized as people who are down to business and not with the shits.

What's your fixation with Pedopedo?

He's the best antagonist in WCI. Creepy aura, genuinely creative and threatening with versatile powers that aren't entirely dumb. Intelligent, shrewd but also enjoys the little things like taunting weaker opponents. These pages sum it up best.

Oda drew him with more intensity here than he has half the villains in the series. Certainly more than his Mama. Shivers, man.

Honorable mention to Jack the Drought

- Fought an entire island of Natural Born Warriors, the minks, for 5 days non stop. His armies were beaten but Jack himself was unbeatable.
- Not long after that, he yoloed 4 Navy Ships with Admiral Fujitora, former Fleet Admiral Sengoku, and Vice Admiral Tsuru aboard. Even with all those big names together, nobody still could kill post 1 island fighting Jack.
- Post Legendary Navy and 1 island figh

Just look at how Oda draws Jack in every page. Even recent chapters, such as when the Calamities are staring down at Big Mom. Queen is annoyed and terrified, King is aloof and uncaring, but Jack? Jack is angry, he looks ready to tear this woman down and make her regret every stepping foot on Wano, on kaido's territory itself. No matter where it when it is, this man is ready to unleash Hell upon his enemies and is uncaring upon who they happen to be.

But is this really an achievement? Clown Island and good antagonist don't go together.

- Jack came back to his headquarter in Onigasghima to watch a Yonko fighting with his own captain and he never flinches when seeing the island buster battle.
- After all this big events, it's very likely that Jack will still endure another dead match. This time against the Young Beast who also survived Top Tier attack. Match between Young Prodigy Monsters, Calamity at 8 age Jack The Drought vs Future World Strongest Monster at 17 age, Tony Tony Chopper.

Only thing I can say for sure is, that for me, Zoro's sacrifice on Thriller Bark, was the most bad ass character- moment in the entire manga.
