General & Others Unpopular Opinions?

I know Luffy is the MC and had always the most panel time but since the new world I have the feeling that this is going out of hand. For example in Whole Cake Island, I am not a fan of Sanji and never was but what Oda did there was bullshit, luffy got two major fights in this arc and Sanji had just some clashes with Daifuku and Oven even though it was his arc. Oda is cutting screen time and importance from most of the straw hats (best example are Robin and Chopper) except for luffy. Oda should give every member of the straw hats the fights and treatment they deserve
And with the huge speculation for additional memberSSS makes it even more out of control. The crew begins to become side characters more and more.

I know what you mean. But Sanji had two full fights in that arc.

Saying that they don't count when Oda counted them is...yeah

I have never really liked Hancock or found her that interesting as a character, and her obsessive and mad love for Luffy and the fact that her character have become so focused on that are frankly annoying.
Couldn't agree more, Oda ruined her when he did that. I personally don't like such characters.

Big Mom as an antagonist for the 3rd time? No thank you lol, as much as I like Big Mom, Oda doesn’t, treats her like absolute trash. This torture needs to end this arc because it’s getting too much now
Alright don't think that's unpopular opinion at all, most don't want BM again, ever. Lol

Might be weird, but I would want and love it if oda had shanks meet a devil fruit user that can restore and give him his left arm back. Or if oda would just retcon him loosing his left arm. I still don’t like how and why he lost his arm. That scene would have been great if luffy unlocked his conquerors haki unconsciously like ace did when he was younger and knocked the sea king out impressing shanks. And reminding him of how he impressed roger. Maybe oda can have robin awaken her fruit and help regrow or restore shanks left arm or maybe have Marco do it. I would love to see shanks with two arms.

Don’t know how unpopular this is but Luffy’s actions in WCI pissed me off. He put Nami in so much danger and letting himself get beat up by Sanji in enemy territory was the dumbest shit ever. I still like him but he should have handled that situation so much better, and no one ever discusses it.
Nami chose to become a Pirate. It's not Luffy's job to be her protector.

Nami is a pirate but Luffy is her captain and as a captain it is his job to protect her and tbh, as far as I remember he literally asked Nami to go to somewhere safe and Nami refused....anyways that whole situation is a messed up deal by Oda...he just wanted to create a drama disregarding everything else....

As Captain yes. But that's not what that other guy is trying to say. He saying Luffy should coddle her and make sure not even a fly touches her.

The only time she was in danger he was about to rip off his arms to save her and Sanji.

Zoro should have remained a pirate hunter
Then he wouldn't have been part of the main cast. His arc would have ended in East Blue and he wouldn't be the badass he is now.

Following Luffy was the best decision he could have ever made because they both have high ambition.
