dunno if it was ryou but the attack is the same that ignited ryuma flame dragon attack maybe that s fire

could also be just flame but Zoro when using haki always has that little flame effect and with enma it boost his haki so that made me think that.

Zoro attack was impressive and all ( it even cut the horn Wich should be way bigger than a mountain)

but the truth is Kaido even in dragon form dodged it, I would imagine in base form he would dance around it all day


I wonder if that scene suggest Kaido is allowing the SNs to hit him

Zoro's AP is superior to penetrating Haki. Penetrating haki is overrated.

Look at the distance Zoro's Attack travelled. He should be able to cut Onigashima in half at this point.

Also nice call back by Oda. Back in TB, Zoro cut one Oars's fangs unless that was anime only and Oars/Luffy had to dodge one of Zoro's attacks just like Kaido believing it would put a hole in him.

I will say again, Zoro's AP is the highest of those fighting currently. Not even penetrating haki compares

Bro Luffy literally took the same attack a few panels later it wouldn't have a big effect on Luffy, period.
Zoro got in the way because he know Luffy can't take unnecessary damage during a fight against two Yonkou, he isn't dumb.

I ain't calling Zoro a fool incapable to read how dangerous an attack is just because it fits your agenda so nope.

Luffy can't take dozens of Boro Breath and be fine, that much is ascertainable.
