for Ittoryu attacks like Hiryuu Kaen or Shi Shishi Sonson I believe they can be just as powerful as Santoryu attacks.
for Nittroyu I somehow do not feel the same way regarding Zoro. then again, Odens Togen Totsuka should be just as grand.

Zoro is a Santoryu specialist. I don't see his strongest Ittoryu moves matching his strongest Santoryu techniques.

1080 Pound Cannon and Nigori-Zake had much better portrayal preskip as well.

ShiShi SonSon is a special technique to cut through very hard materials. It's not clear how high its actual attack potency is:

• Kaku deflected it with Rankyaku Roudan
• Ryuuma was able to counter Rashomon

In contrast, Nigori-Zake overpowered Kaku's Bigan (a considerably more formidable technique).
