"We" have underestimated "them" -- makes more sense. Yes, it doesnt single out Zoro, but the point still stands. It was Zoro's attack that made Big Mom realize that they underestimated the supernovas.

For me, "dodge/look out" doesnt really matter. Big Mom was scared that Zoro's attack could be fatal for Kaido, simple. To make it simpler: Zoro is strong enough to inflict a fatal wound to the strongest/toughest being in the world. Whether Kaido dodged or Zoro missed doesnt really matter.

If you have a dangerous area with two signs saying:
1st Watch out!
2nd Dodge!
and you are driving a car ...
Whoever chooses the road (second option: Divert) will not enter the dangerous area by car, he will dodge (follow another road).

As a second option, it only informs you that the road is dangerous, but that does not mean that the person in the car changed direction or did not go down that road, the sign just told them to be careful with the road.

Summary: Detour, take another road.
