Mihawk has casual island level feats and for island level CoO you forget both Mihawk and Hancock knew Luffy lived after MF war (although it's possible Hancock abuse the *power of love* for that, after all her DF and arc is all about love) other characters might knew as well but this was never explit.

Island level CoO is nothing special pleb, Enel, the little girl from Skepia and Coby all show island level CoO while being fodders (!)
The diffrent is that they, like Judge's son are specialists and Woro isn't yet geuss who had island level CoO and who isn't? Or you in denial?

Nah, it was pretty obvious that Zoro was ranking them in order of arrival. Sanji doesn't need to know the order in which they arrived himself to guess that Zoro calling him #7 and Luffy #9 was based on arrival order.

Observation doesn't work like that

Which makes more sense than an Island Radar CoO Zoro. The logical assumption is that Oda doesnt really care how the SHs know this information. But even if you discount that, Zoro and Sanji spent a lot of time off-panel

Off-panel: Sanji talks with Franky, with Franky easily telling him that Robin arrived

Off-panel: Sanji tells him Robin arrived, so Luffy must be last
- On-panel: Zoro calls Luffy nr9

This makes more logical sense then anything to do with CoO at all. Oda never hinted at Zoro using CoO once at all. And Zoro is literally still asking what Franky and Sanji are talking about, showing that he was constantly seeking info from Sanji.

Like I said, this is information the viewers know.... so Oda doesnt really care if the characters somehow know or not. But even if we discount that, then Zoro still could easily get all his info off-panel.

luffy already arrived on the island when sanji had that call with franky though. and why would zoro not paying attention to franky and sanji talking mean he doesnt fucking have island lvl coo? sounds like a non-sequitur to me.
