Kaido chose to jump road and get to Hybrid mode so rushily in that he didn't want to risk to lose his life in Base mode. And Zoro hasn't used Asura yet (Kaido is unaware of it)

So ya Zoro > Base Kaido overall

Because he wants to end this fight with 5 opponents fast, want to destroy all opponent fast, not wasting more time. If this is only a 1 vs 1 battle, I think he just need to change to human base form.

Asura is a technique, not a form right? Zoro has one form with different technique while Kaido has different form.

Nah normal G4 was punching kat all over the place and doing damage .
It's just that Kaido is a monster when it come to defence and taking damage .
So even the new G4 with extra haki not enough for him .
