Shimotsuki Kozaburo, the swordsmith of Enma and Wado Ichimonji, had a son, Denjiro. 50 years ago, when Denjiro was a year old, Kozaburo left Wano country to form Shimotsuki village in East Blue. Ushimaru dies fighting Kaido, and Denjiro, in order to escape with no trace, renames himself Koushiro with Zoro and his daughter Kuina (who is only a few years old as well). Perhaps his wife was killed by Kaido.

So Zoro, with the inherited wills of both Enma and Wado, is effectively the 9th scabbard "Denjiro", but nobody knows this yet.

I understand that people would rather Zoro be a nobody, but I think Oda is going this route anyway. He looks like Ushimaru's sillhouette and looks exactly like Ryuuma, who may be their ancestor.

I think Zoro may inherit Shusui and return Sandai Kitetsu to Kitetsu himself. He will have 3 blades from the Shimotsuki clan (Ryuuma is highly likely to be a Shimotsuki, his grave is in Ringo)

Lmfao. I was going to debunk your whole theory with the fact that Koushiro was in the East Blue (where he was born, mind you) when Kuina was born in Shimotsuki Village with the hope that he would inherit her dojo. But then you swerved into left field with the whole Denjirou taking Zoro to the East Blue thing.

Bloodlines/relatives/ancestry is what ties people in Shimotsuki Village/East Blue to those in Wano.

Denjirō is likely a cousin/relative of Kozaboru and Koushiro. They are not the same person. The reason it seems as though Denjiro has the Wado Ichimonji is because it was forged by the Shimotsuki. They’re likely similar blades made to be used by different sons of the overall Shimotsuki clan.

Zoro’s Family obviously descends from Wano at some point but I highly doubt he was born there.

The only confirmation that we have Koushiro, Zoro and Kuina being born in East Blue is from the Vivre Cards, which have been proven to not be reliable lol.

Anyway, your way still works but Denjiro literally looks like a young Koushiro to a T, along with the fact that they both have the same type of glasses and face structure.

We'll see

Thanks for clarifying it. I had remembered this was debated for a while even after that scene. Still is tbh. Its ok either way. Gorgeous human being.

If other swordsmen were better than Mihawk, Oda would have made them the current goal of Zoro and not Mihawk.

At end of day, both Luffy and Zoro will make a name for themselves that is by far the best. Luffy accomplishing what Roger couldn't. and Zoro makes his name bigger than Mihawk, WSS

This isn't true. Oden hype doesn't translate to Mihawk since Mihawk was still a fledgling when Oden died :kayneshrug:. Fanboys will try to pass on hype and feats to Mihawk whenever possible since he can't stand on his own.

Also. Episode/Chapter 0 with the birth of Kuina and Shutenmaru’s clash with Kaido. The former took place 22 years ago while the latter took place 20 years ago.

Also, I’m 99% sure the fact about Koushirou and Kuina’s lineage is from both the Vivre Cards and the SBS.

You are very right I just checked. Perhaps Denjiro is his brother or something, as the resemblance is pretty up there. I do believe Zoro is Ushimaru's son and Ryuuma's lineage still. The resmeblance there is also pretty uncanny.

I think the general idea is similar being that:

- Zoro is a Shimotsuki, Ushumaru's son.
- He may inherit Shusui due to his lineage as well.

However Denjiro may actually he alive and present, whomever he is and perhaps he knows who Zoro is.
