Did you see Luffy bleeding face now? He was attacked by Kaidou in chapter 1001 and now there was no bleeding. Kaidou bled in chapter 1000 and blooad gone in one chapter. So it is not a big deal.

Current Gear 4 is looking top tier level. Like, I’m not 100% sure the weaker admirals could deal with it if it had no time limit.

Going with physical match-up, Luffy has arrived at that level. Thats why Oda has to keep that nonsense and fluctuating time limit to test the water i guess. But if the admirals use the elemental advantage, its still very hard for Luffy to go around Akainu's magma and Kizaru's speed, at the very least.

Are you not witnessing the same thing the rest of us are? Kaido and Big Mom are true Top Tiers. They are giggling with glee because things are starting to get "Fun" for them. Luffy, Zoro, Kid, Law, and Killer are giving it their all, and the two Yonko's are happy to just be having fun. All those attacks, and Kaido is clean. Big Mom doesn't even have a scratch. Kaido wouldn't even risk going into Dragon form against a real Top Tier, as indicative of his fight against Big Mom. Kaido just went hybrid, and the Worst Gen are about to get their shit rocked. Quote me on that.

Oda is so inconsistent. Luffy was able to run around in WCI in G4 cooldown. But here we are at same situation he was in Dressrosa. Guess age is catching up and Oda becoming dumb.

No, Oda explained it in SBS that Luffy could move in Dressrosa, but chose to be carried by Gantz to conserve his energy. Same thing here, he's letting Zoro carry him to recover.
