It doesn't seem like Zoro's other sword can hurt Kaido. They are mostly cautious of Enma thus far due to the strange Haki eminating from it

With that said I think Zoro might gradually upgrade his haki during the fight to show he is worthy of the blade and allowing him to hurt Kaido with all his blades

Zoro used 3 sword style to hurt Kaido not 1.
He already hurt Kaido with all his Swords

I mean you can say Kidd didn’t damage Kaido all you want, but that doesn’t make it true lol. Especially when it directly goes against what is shown in the manga. If you don’t like Kidd’s methods of damaging Kaido fine, but that doesn’t change the fact that it damaged him.

What I don't like is Oda retconing Kaido's tolerance to pain to allow the ground and rocks to hurt Kaido when pre raid Kaido didn't have these type of trouble.
I understand he has to show some good things from Kidd so that his fans are not too disappointed but it shouldn't happen by retconing another character's ability.
