Iirc he didn't have the bandana against the rest of your list, nor did he lose to the baboons.

Zoro is going to be defeated and the other SN too, at least for some time. There will be 100% a second round. I would consider his fight against Mihawk a complete defeat. In the other fights he was already injured and had not full strength. Buggy and Lucci where for plot reasons. I also see Zoro vs Kuma as a W for Zoro, not strength wise but Zoro has accomplished his goal against him

And it will probably be only a temporary knockdown since Kaido cant kill himself without Zoro.

Interesting video but I do not believe that Zoro is a descendant of Ushimaru. Yes, they look alike but characters in One Piece can look alike without being related. See Kuina and Tashigi.
