Only thing i am concerned is denjiro is not pirate.
It has been said few onaborded whitebeard ship. Its likely whitebeard came to recruit powerful samurais so he got guts like oden, izo .
I am not sure if roger recruited denjiro. Anyway roger temporarily borrowed him for grand sail to raftel. He needed oden to unlock raftel island.

My dude, I can be a King and be a random with ridiculous power level but to have a friend/bodyward with insane power.
Nekomamushi and Inuarashi are also Scabbards and also ended on Roger and Whitebeard's ship and now they're governors/kings of Zou.
With this said, I don't want to say that Denjiro/Scopper Gaban will be stronger than Oden but only a example.

Asura douji and denjiro clever disguised like you said.
Asura douji changed his name to his old mountain bandit name since tracking a person on mountain is really hard. Asura douji could easily hide in mountain and not bother day today affair of beast pirates.
I dunno what denjiro did in last two decades because both kawa and asura tried their best to help anything to silently rebel.
I hope to see denjiro by end of this flashback helping out other scabbards.

That is not scooper gaban dude. What’s the obsession with scooper? Had his name ever appeared in the manga? Why I see his name pop up everytime someone new is being revealed? Wado on the other hand is no more famous than Enma. And we saw that Kin'emon et al. don't react to Enma or Ame no Habakiri.
