This is a post timeskip question as well so that fight literally means nothing in regards to the post timeskip rivalry portrayal.
Pretimeskip there are arguments to be made in how close they are, but posttime skip there is nothing of the sort, from them not fighting each other to having same powerlevel opponents, etc

The data books are a recap of the character bios and actions throughout the story. Their fighting style, memorable moments and personality are talked about.
There are no databooks (and I say none from the « Red » to the « Vivre cards ») where the rivalry between the two is highlited as something important for their characters. It is not even talked about.
Zoro has 4 vivre cards and Sanji 3, in none of them they talked about the rivalry, the same way in none of the data books or vivre cards they talk about Chopper’s gag.
Because Zoro and Sanji’s rivalry is a gag, the data books are not talking about it.
Now you can keep entertaining that this gag rivalry is serious and a proof that Zoro and Sanji are close to each other in strength, you can keep blaming the Zoro fans for not subscribing to this headcanbon and you can keep complaining that Oda is mistreating Sanji...but remember that if you are constantly disappointed it is because you are refusing to acknowledge something that is clear from the beginning of the story.
