The one known as "Garp the Fist" and not "Garp the Black Fist".

He never managed to permanently turn his fist Black, but now we have "Black Leg Sanji" taking the New World by storm

Because Yonji is weak and Yonji's raid suit isn't as strong as Sanji's.

I don't think it is very handy to have "black" legs. You have to fold your legs when walking that doesn't really work well with permanent hardening

Luffy stretches and after that he hardened. The only time when you can fuse other properties like elastic or mochi with COA is with the black patter haki.

The guess is heading towards Sanji after Sanji announced where he was. Hes been in the 2nd floor balcony this whole time. He never left. Now he's not even fighting Marco, indicating he went somewhere else, unlike King.
