isn't it standard villain quote....it is same as Doflamingo saying to Luffy "you dare to challenge me above me in air or something like that..." typical villain arrogance....that quote didn't sound like "Zoro cancelled tatsumaki"....sounding could have been different if Zoro had cancelled that attack, maybe even shocked expression from Kaido which we didn't see...

I doubt Kaido would've said that if Zoro didn't do anything plus thy disappeared after Zoro's attack and then Kaido got triggered and used an even stronger version of it

The problem is Zoro attacked Kaido not his tornadoes and one of his tornadoes sent Zoro flying and Zoro said "oh no..Luffy!" then he attacked Kaido somehow this means he countered it
