I think he was the actual one to be weird in its rationale about starting a case on me and simply took advantage of Marimo's intentions perhaps. Also his lynch could lend us a lot of information.

Cleaning Blother means his role wasn’t revealed. You went into the assumption that Blother was scum because he was cleaned the same as Light whom TAC says was scum.

When a role gets cleaned they don’t get revealed.
