Not if you think something can happen with Page 1 or even Drake. For the record Nami/Usopp still haven't stopped running, and at this time we truly have no idea what is happening with Drake anyway.
Combine this with the fact that ever Jump advertisement so far has "Vs The Hundred Beast Pirates" and the fact that this color spread now exists:
I think anyone outside of this (Perospero, Numbers, Orochi/Fukurokuju, etc etc etc) are essentially irrelevant to the Strawhat fights.
I think Perospero's place is solely with ruining Marco's current status, that's just my opinion though.

Anyway I'm going to hold out hope for BP matchup for Chopper (Drake, P1 really are the only 2 who make sense at this point) until we truly know who he's fighting. Oda's got way too much to cover so this is going to take weeks to fully solidify it looks like.

aokiji does not hold any more of an advantage over jozu that he does not hold against all other people in the verse.

It was speculated back then that Judge's sons have curly eyebrows because of the fact they've been genetically modified.
Vegapunk, Judge, Caesar (and possibly Queen)
were part of a research group that studied the so-called lineage factor (the DNA), linked to the nature of the devil's fruits.
Vegapunk managed to artificially recreate one (Momonosuke's, starting from Kaido's), Caesar copied Vegapunk's research to create Smiles, while Judge managed to create clones and genetically modified superhumans.
Given the aesthetic similarity of the pattern on the peel of the devil fruit and the eyebrows of the Vinsmokes, I think it's likely that Judge was able to create children with a part of the devil fruit's power but without the disadvantage of not being able to swim, for example Reiju who is linked to poison control like Magellan.
The price to pay, however, was the loss of emotions, which Sora wanted to avoid and so she took the drug that only affected Sanji.
So I think it's possible that Sanji's mutations were repressed by Sora's drug, but they could activate sooner or later. The flames it can create could be linked to a genetic mutation linked to Mera Mera.

Sanji's abilities were changed due to the Drug Sora took and changed from invisibility to some kind of flame that he gets with emotions,
The RS doesn't actually give Sanji invisibility it just fix the error done by Sora so in RS he becomes invisible but no DJ and without it he regains his DJ making Sanji the second two df powers user but with no drawbacks.
