I’m done trying to powerscale in this stupid series. For all I care, Usopp > Kaido would still make about as much sense as everything else going on right now
There is so little tension and direness in this raid, things really are too easy for the alliance. Dressrosa Birdcage and WCI's Tea Party had much more tension, seriousness and excitement than that.
This Onigashima raid is in serious need of someone important or at least semi-important enough to die to raise the stakes of this supposed all out battle. For now it just looks like a snowball throwing match between two angry kids teams with no tention whatsoever.
Even WCI had Pedro "die" in it. I wonder who's the Pedro of Wano is going to be?
Oda didn't do Vivi making Luffy bleed for gags either. And this is simply Chopper using his significantly strongest form to slap Queen in a manga in which characters bleed from hits all the damn time and receive tons of way more important wounds in the coruse of a battle. You guys are overthinking this way, way too much; again, it's just a slap.

It's really funny to challenge the many baseless cognitive shortcuts many power scalers follow blindly. This whole Marco situation regarding King and Queen is a prime example; even if we don't really assure anything about their strength, many (if not most) of the debates around this topic are rooted on the idea that YC1 is actually a thing by itself and that Marco should be in that tier alongside King because they're both "right hand men" (let's assume King is Kaido's strongest subordinate because of card hierarchy), even though Marco may be simply higher in the strength continuum and that's it. This is exactly the reason why some users, sensing yet not fully accepting that "YC" may not be valid categories, need to come up with stuff like YC0, YC1.5 or YC4.
Power level in shonen is a pretty insane thing. I mean headcanon in general appeals and zones in to the same obsessive part of the brain that goes for serial comics in the first place, but this is another level. In the absence of power level they just make it up themselves and fault the writer for contradicting it.
Like the third member of the crew has to be stronger than the fourth in another crew. Pay no attention to Nami damnit
