Why ? The draw back shown was only the first time he used it but then not again despite us seeing him use it 2 more times after.

Okay. So by your reckoning Zoro hasn't mastered it yet. Now, if Zoro defeats King, a YC1, without mastering Enma, what will you say about Zoro's power-level post-TS, will you still be able to say that Zoro wasn't equal to Luffy immediately post-TS?
