Then i started talking to people, to which Nat here came and tried to fish for why i unvoted you, i told her i wont answer her.

Tris's case is interesting lol. She claims that she investigates guilty based on conditions. That means a cop who investigates her and gets guilty can easily be overlooked because she can just say that one of her conditions weren't fulfilled. Not to mention that her claim looks very similar to framing someone lol.
After Fuji gave me his reads, I do have a better feeling about it. At least he had reasons that were appropriate in there, but you mentioned Flower was your sus in a previous post and then you think she's town now?
