Is there any existing town ability in Mafia capable to grant the capability to pick a tot number of random people by highlighting that there's a tot number of scums inside?

Or any town ability that can revenge a player's lynch by forcing town to vote their voters? The point is we aren't forced here technically, or else the host would warn us, and even in that case it's not a guarantee it would be town.

1. fake and no player/character left the game and we dont have to follow the lynch
2. real and is a hidden ability from flower (AL role)
3. real and is used by a townie that left the game?
4. real and is used by a townie that is remaining quiet rn

a good place to start is ask did anyone leave the game? anyone was told smthing happen to them or their characters?
