There is something known as personal preference over others.. and then there is something called an adhominem (hating something for no logical reason.. or hating for the sake of hating)

the difference is obvious but let me elaborate for this who dont get it

personal preference = choosing one thing over another due to a unique quality.. and personal taste..but it doesn't mean you hate other choices coz the initial choice is better in your opinion... and if you do hate the alterative choice for no good reason then that is an adhominem.. or unreasonable hatred

How can one prefer one thing over another and call it a genuine taste when their judgement is based on an ad hominem...
