I mean unless he had a specific role ability to follow Fuji he had no substantial reason to troll something like that as a townie. But there was an inconsistency in the overall voting pattern, so I'm questioning if he's merely pretending to be a role he despises and is faking that ability.

The only and sole reason I'm not saying Fuji should go up is because he's most probably not in cahoots with Usopp (#562 for reference).
