Speculations Wano Will END In 2022?

#22
Oda sadly is too slow,by the way the next few chapters will be decisive to know if Wano will end in 2021 or 2022. If Oden appearence changes completely the game (even if its Catarina Devon, which would mean that the Blackbeard pirates are in Wano) we could enter in a phase where is all unpredictable! Also,if we start to see the Strawhat fights ending in the next few chapters,it will probably end in 2021. If in the next few chapters the fights will continue and no important events happen,it will probably end in 2022.

How many new chapters do you think this year will still feature?

I would posit more probably around 25 to 30 give or take.

Hmm 2021 should feature a few other dozens of chapters, put it that way it looks improbable that Wano shall end this year.

I really do wonder if this manga will more probably end in 2027 judging from this notion.
It won't. The "5 years" left argument should have died the moment oda repeated the statement 2 years in a row. Watch him say it again this year.

With nothing being affected by Covid again this year (so far), he should get ~38 Chapters (it's standard pretty much at this point), so another 30 or so chapters for the year.

Wano definitely won't end in that timespan.

If each Strawhat(aside from Luffy and Zoro) has a 2 chapter long battle, that's 16 chapters.
If the Emperors battle is long 10 chapters more, that's already 26 chapters.
We can use 4 chapters more on setups and stuff that follows in the next chapters, 30 total.

Depends if Act 3 is last Act so few chapters outside of Wano could slide in but not guaranteed.
That's worth 1 year and there is a celebration after battle plus so the lore reveals...
Wano could end before summer next year.

2021 seems impossible. 2022 in the best case scenario

I think 30 chapter is enough for all the fights to start and finish (many have already started) and then 2 max chaps for celebration and arc is over.

Yeah but do you actually expect that to happen lol?

That doesn't include every secondary character having their story finished (scabbards, hyougoro, Tengu, Tama, Hiyori, Momo, Onimaru), any flashback with Kaido and Yamato, Zoro learning of his lineage at Wano, the potential of Orochi , Kanjuro and Fukurokuju coming back and whatever else is happening at the capital.

People think its 100% only going to be fights and conclusions, look at the past few chapters that focused on the virus plotline. It's not finishing in 30 chapters, I hate to break it to you. I dont expect the actual fights (real dedicated chapters) to start for another 10 chapters at least at this point, and even then, that won't include the Yonko fight because Luffy's fights are dramatically longer than the subordinate fights anyhow.

wano still got a long way to go, i'll say at least 50 chapters, if the war on onigashima still has from 52 to 30 chapters and that's just one plot line, but wano in it self still got more important stuff that needs attention and relates deeply to the main lore of the story, and i doubt oda will dump it on us in few chapters he'll definitely drag the hell out of it. besides we're still in the third act there's at least two or more acts left. so you're looking at 2022 or 2023.

I only expect a short flashback of kaido, maybe something will be revealed about zoro's past, but it won't take much time. Im confident we are going straight to fights now.
