There's no reason to assume it's a night ability, when it said he could use it any time during the game. It could be a day ability as well.

What if it's Flowa bullshit though?

I mean I questioned her ability, but what you said made sense to me. If she just has to give the flavor of the player and receive the alignment, then perhaps she doesn't have to visit the target.

If she's lying, then the lynch will out her out immediately. But honestly, we need more info here.
