The nose is putting me off, it’s the big thing missing between Kaido and other Zoans. I think a dragon snout is all that’s missing to make him look more animalistic.

This. At least with Lucci's hybrid form, the flat face barely distracts from the cat-like features while still feeling natural.

Here, Kaido is giving a mild Uncanny Valley vibe with a too human face on a bipedal dragon design.

It's meh. The more closer you look, Kaido looks like a catfish with long horns. Not a fan. At least the design is not a total abomination like Black Maria for example.
