His fight with killer has external constraints like MULTIPLE DAYS OF HUNGER and all that which even Luffy can’t handle
And Zoro’s speed has not been lacking at all if you look at scenes where he actually does show it like blitzing Hold’em and company while they were all looking right at Zoro and Luffy
And he found Pica In a mountain which is a good enough feat via CoO...

yeah Luffy took a similar blow to the stomach from Katakuri and that was after fighting him and being constantly pummeled for hours
he didn't find him with CoO. If he could do that then he could have ended the fight instantly. He sent the stone flying and then isolated Pica by looking at which parts of the stone were still moving. He sliced the stone into little bits until Pica finally revealed himself
Zoro has good speed, its just that it isn't enough to put him on top tier.

As always talking as you've have seen Zoro go all out as Luffy....(both are meant to be top tiers,say Luffy will be stronger doesn't discredit my claim)

Zoro CoO is ok.....Luffy couldn't feel Cracker with his CoO either even tho it was smaller area.

Asspulls have nothing to do with Kaido needing to die, and there wouldn’t be a bigger asspulls than Zoro critically injuring or killing Kaido to begin with.
There is no “of course he needs to die.” You only day that because you want Zoro to kill him. The Straw Hats have never needed any of their enemies to die. Ever. That’s why all of them are alive. The story has never needed any of their enemies to die. That’s why all of them are alive. Even when they could have come back later as threats to the areas that the SH’s liberated, they didn’t. This “Kaido needs to die” is another fabrication to prop up Zoro.

I don't need to see zoro go all out to know how he ranks to Luffy. We've seen enough feats to know that they aren't comparable

Previous enemies comparing to Kaido is irrelevant. You’ve missed the point. Saying that they don’t compare to Kaido has nothing to do with Kaido needing to die. The only comparison to Kaido that is necessary for them is that they all were threats at the time, they all could have come back, and it didn’t matter. Kaido doesn’t need to die.
What’s new is that a member of the next generation that was just recognized as a leader of the movement has beaten a Yonko. Kaido may have been defeated before, but certainly not anywhere near in recent memory. He will have been taken down by one of the leading candidates to become pirate king. Thats what’s new.

Unpopular opinion, but I don't think Kaido will be killed at all. In any case, when Oda said that he will have to get creative on how to make Luffy defeat Kaido, and punching him hard wouldn't work, it outright meant that Luffy was the one who would defeat Kaido.
I don't think Zoro is gonna do it. The Fanboy in me wants Zoro to do it, and I'll continue to preach that he is gonna do it, but realistically speaking, he probably ain't.

Honestly I'd rather have a full panneled death match of Zoro vs King rather than Zoro being off panneled half of the war and magically killing Kaido in the end cuz current Zoro don't stand a chance vs Kaido hell he blitzed G4 Luffy imagine what he can do to Zoro 
if after taking down King we get to a scenario of Kaido vs All and Zoro manages to kill him I'm fine with that but Zoro helping vs Kaido from the start and then being the one who kills him hell no
