Let me break this down for some of you. How does armament haki allow a person to hit a logia? Simple it allows you to do so by stopping one of the abilities that fruit uses which is intangibility of sorts.

Now how does Armament haki defend you from laws room. Simple using the same principle. When law uses his room and you are in his room, the ability of his room is actually touching you hence why it can teleport you switch your heart/soul into a different body and move your body parts around when law slices you. So how does superior armament haki works in this instance? Well the same thing it does to other fruits like injuring a rubber man and logia, it simply shuts down the use or uses of said fruit offensively or defensively

Except it does not because Akainu was hit by Marco and Vista's haki attacks and was uninjured.

One can argue Akainu can counter their haki with his own. Or you can just argue its plot

The former is not at all proven, it is assumed this far because it's never been supported yet (even if I believe it)

But the plot has shown that Law somehow managed to use shambles against Doffy but failed to use personality switch.

We are asking why people are caring now

This is the same mangaka that:

- Had everyone survive all of Enels attacks
- Had Pound survive. Had Pell survive. Had Pagaya survive
- Had Robin wake up offscreen for no reason or explanation after losing her shadow
- Had Luffy and Zoro gain unexpicable powerups and strength in a timespan that does NOT make sense at all in Water 7
- Had claimed Magma is stronger/hotter/consumes than Fire. Irl it does not, PLOT
- Had prevented anyone from cutting Birdcage for 60 chapters, not even an Admiral


And countless other things that drive the PLOT forward.

Wano is literally no different from any other arc in this manga, battles and all
