Maybe? You might as well ask "can Katakuri and Marco permanently scar Kaido?" After those feats you really can't rule it out. Heck for all we know he could solo Big Mom or an Admiral now. Also extreme diff isn't 50/50 it is 51/49. 50/50 would be a draw.

So argument of Katakuri's FS playing a big role in the fight is meh.

CoC is debatable althought I would say that Zoro has stronger conqueror's.
