Kaido's attacks right now are still below his human form attacks from when he fought BM (they split the sky in their clash unlike with Luffy).
And in that clash, there was no Adv CoC, maybe normal CoC + basic CoA.

50% of HAKAI is giving up half of ONIGASHIMA, 100% is beyond the island.
50%, caused by KAIDO, is shitting on any feat in MF, half of MF is turning to dust only 50%, akainu needed KIZARU and AOKIJI to contain a shockwave that has infinitely less lethality than HAKAI.

The white beard's punch hit the giant john without any protection and he wasn't even trying to defend himself from the blow like ZORO.
The giant JOHN is alive and has just been knocked out, which means the blow has little lethality.
HAKAI would kill all 5 SNS instantly, change the WB attack by HAKAI on giant john and not even the bones would be left, HAKAI is scaled to island +, 50% of HAKAI concentrated in the ground is giving up half the entire marineford, shitting in any feat of MF.

Eventually his awakening shall prove particularly proficient against magma. And still in general rubber is not meant to be. So it would be counterintuitive to believe something like that. 
Much more probably the secret underlies in the gears + CoC. Expecially the latter. But Akainu himself might feature it. It would be a matter of levels.
