She is clearly Cell at this point attempting a salvage attempt along with Usopp.

ur forgetting cell cannot have teammates, so this idea of me and queen being team is already debunked if u think shes cell lol

I already told that I only shot Flower so far and Jailed no one. I'm planning to jail and execute Rej however.
