How do you guys think that Queen's acknowledgment about Judge and the Vinsmokes is going to play out with Sanji? I can't see it being a major reason for Sanji to fight Queen, if Queen trashtalks Judge and Germa, Sanji wont bother anyway, Queen would need to piss Sanji off very precisely, like MAYBE saying he is a failure but he would need to praise Judge at the same time, i can't see Sanji getting pissed with someone calling him a failure (cuz he doesn't care at all, he doesn't like being called Vinsmoke or Germa only), and i think Queen is smart enough to know that you don't need to be genetically modified to be strong by any means, just how Sanji already is stronger than his siblings. So Sanji would need to be called Germa + Queen must praise Judge, that would piss Sanji off and it's the only way i could see them fighting.
But if this happen would be kinda lame, wouldn't it? Im hoping that Queen's connection with Judge shows to be something more relevant, that actually adds to the story overall, something about the Government, lineage factor or even the Beast Pirates itself (which includes Queen, King and Kaido obviously). I mean, he is a scientist, right? His major role on knowing Judge is to piss Sanji off (god knows how) and have a fight against him?

Imagine if Queen sees the DJ, then comments that Judge's experiments finally paid off (he doesnt know that Sanji is a failed experiment). Then he says that King was a test subject for Judge's enhancing project. But he failed and King's fire hurts him as well, that's why he needs his special suit to protect him from his own flames.

Sanji able to keep almost as level as Luffy and Zolo (Monster Trio) with just his leg for quite long time, is very impressive to me.
Besides Garp, Sanji the only few character fight without weapon or DF, but now he got Raid Suit people forgot that already, but I love the addition of Raid Suit bringing a new fighting style/more fast and tense.

Worst decision ever 
The main "power things" in One Piece are DF's and Haki, with CoA (and now CoC) being the "offensive" PU. CoO is more like utility based.
Sanji has no DF, his CoA is not that strong, compared to the heavy hitters, he doesn't have CoC. How is this character supposed to keep up? Either developing his CoA (which would simply overlap with Zoro's special thing about being CoA's specialist), or getting a DF.
None of these happened. But now we have something more unique to the character. The suit provides him with offensive and defensive capabilities instead of him simply being another one with good Haki. He has 2 DF "abilities". Invisibility and Fire. I'm not going to include the black hair theory here, I'm just looking at what we currently have.
I think some "external" improvement like the RS is what the character needed to be able to keep up, without becoming too "generic". Sanji has a lot going on for him right now, in terms of potential growth. Whether Oda develops it or not, it remains to be seen.

We had some teases of what Sanji can do with his fire abilities like Hell Memories and the spiked fire. There was no reason for the RS when Sanji never even went all out, while we knew he had more stuff to show like said above.
A super hero suit just doesn't fit him - it's a ussope thing, look at Sogeking.

Serious question, but what is so special about Hells Memories. I only remember him using it against Wadatsumi and that's it. he just burns his entire body instead of just his leg. I don't think that's particularly exciting on its own.

"Sogeking" was an alias Usopp created to hide himself, and later turned into a completely different persona he used to overcome his fears. After that, it became part of his he was. He didnt need Sogeking no more to overcome his fears, he could do it as himself.

Oda was forced to give Sanji the Raid suit because of the power escalation problem that almost all Shonen's suffer from. Best way to explain the necessity of the raid suit is through an example. For this we will be using digits to illustrate my point. Let's say Sanji had no RS just his base body and as we understand the monster trio dynamic works with all 3 members being close to some degree (Luffy=10, Zoro=8 and Sanji = 7.5-8). If we look at Luffy in his base form vs his gear 4th form then we will see a drastic jump in power, lets say (base Luffy=5 and G4 Luffy=10). When we keep Sanji without a transformation or lets say his own version of G4, we will end up with a Sanji who is noticeably superior to a base Luffy, this doesn't work. On the flip side if we said that a base Luffy in fact is still stronger let's say (Base Sanji=3 and Base Luffy=5) then the problem becomes that a G4 Luffy absolutely dwarfs Sanji thus ruining the dynamic. So Oda had to introduce Sanji's own version of G4 to balance out the trio as he also gave Zoro Enma which I believe acts the same way as the RS. Furthermore if Sanji continued without a RS, Oda would have to make Sanji superior to Zoro in both CoO and CoA because one can rely on high grade swords with special abilities while the other solely relies on his body to face comparable opponents; then you end up in the same problem simply because of drastic escalation. Hope that made sense I am much better at verbally explaining than at typing things out.
Like i said before, Sanji used Hell Memories only once and Oda teased us with a new DJ version. There you have Sanji's "G4" version. Just because Zoro got Enma, doesn't mean you have to give Sanji something aswell (Item). Pre-TS was no different. Zoro got multiple new and strong swords, thats how he gets his PU's. While Sanji got stronger in general + DJ.
Now Zoro got Enma and Sanji teased a new DJ + Hell Memories. How is that different from the Pre-TS? Exactly it isn't. The RS is a random af PU that was never needed.
