I mean, Flower's choice was entirely independent of my choice to become a Miller, I had no way of knowing Flower would choose that, and the reason it was seperated was because I was originally going to respond to Flower, and then write my Miller post, but decided to leave it all in one post in the end.
As a Miller, I ought to claim Day 1. Failing to do so would essentially be playing against my Win Con, as a Miller presents a risky false positive to Investigators. In other words, if I didn't claim ASAP, I'd risk a Cop coming forward and exposing their ability, only for me to end up claiming Miller, likely lynched as a result, and then Town are left in a poor position. My essay on Miller functionality was to explain that other investigations are fair game on me, so it isn't like I'm completely stonewalled on that, and to demonstrate how one should assess the legitimacy of a Miller claim.
