When I think of Power Level between lethality (ISDS) vs destructive power (G3), lethality obviously being lethal has the advantage, a cut has a different effect than a punch especially ISDS which is a large scale attack.

Zoro can use the sword but he only is capable of damaging Kaido CAUSE OF Enma

the fact that Zoro is better Haki user than rest of Wano is not a big deal

any one with the 2 might be able to do so if they find a lucky chance

doing so is not equal to damage Kaido fairly in a real fight ... if Big Mom can't do it in 2 days , Zoro can wish doing it in a fair way for next 20 or 30 years

Enma most likely is a MASSIVE short cut for this achievement ... if it was the only way Kaido was by far the most strongest thing ever ....
