I feel bad for every dude that says shanks isn’t a pure swordsman . Like he hasn’t been using swords since a teen and is a rival to the strongest swordsman

Do you need a certain amount of Blood Swordsmanship Content to be a "pure" swordsman? The World's Strongest Swordsman League has to do blood tests on competitors to the Swordsman Olympics to check for purity of swordsmanship, right? Only makes sense.

Btw, can you post a panel, interview, SBS, etc where the term "pure swordsman" or "pure swordsmanship" is used by official sources (I.E. Oda, editors) to describe the type of swordsmen the WSS title covers? :unsure: Because I only ever hear Mihawk downplayers talking about this "pure swordsman" stuff.

We learned cutting steel requires Ryou and that's the breath of all things Zoro uses in Alabasta so by extension he used Ryou to cut Steel in Skypiea as well with his slashes

That pretty much confirms air slashes are just this Barrier haki but with swordsmen

Yea Zoro apparently was using high level armament haki techs on Skypeia, that's why Oda had him go up against a logia and fail to get through his intangability. Superb writing.
