No. It's just that Jack has been fighting against really strong opponents. No matter how biased you are, you can't use Jack's losses against him when he fought against Inuarashi and Nekomamushi for days without sleep, against two Admirals, against Zunisha etc.

King and Queen always have been in the same leauge. We Sanji stands just wanted King because of these reasons:
- King vs Sanji would have been more cool look-wise, flight, fire, kicks.
- Zoro fans usually downplay characters who look goofy, in fact they're already saying shit like Mingo > Queen when Jack destroys Mingo, Zoro stands also think all the baddass characters are strong for some reason.
- Zoro fans would have accepted the fact that Sanji isn't far at all from Zoro, now when Lolonoa Will fight King they'll start yelling "Zoro had broke Bones, King >>> Queen".

It is not even confirmed that Zoro is gonna fight King and even if we said he will that doesn't mean Marco and Chopper won't heal him. Queen can give King a high diff fight not extreme diff so I disagree with the "in the same league" part King might be advanced COC user or at least has advanced armament
