reasons :
Marco would want to help against BB as well
Law wants to know about the will of D.
Yamato already asked Luffy to be on the sunny since he is Ace's brother.
Luffy's crew is gonna be overpowered which mean they might have to fight some admirals and CP-0 before they can fight black beard.

Why do people use "YC" to describe top 3 members of yonko crews when Beast Pirates are really the only crew with 3 yonko commanders? Big Mom had 4 until she demoted cracker. Perospero can definitely compete with some of the 16 wb commanders, does that not make him "yc level"?

YC level has just evolved to mean an emperors elite members which logically are all likely somewhere in the same tier even if there are power differences between them. It’s just convenient. When people think of WB YC characters they are thinking Marco, Jozu, Vista, Ace. It’s confusing if you take it at base value but it’s evolved to mean it’s one thing in the community so it’s useful for quick communication.
