the problem for Kid is that none of his 3 hakis are advanced unlike Luffy.

On top of that, it takes a lot of training that Luffy had to do especially for the Ryou. It's gonna be tough on Kid to be honest.

Yonko means = 4 Emperors
Kaido and Big Mom will go down this arc, Luffy and Kidd will take their places, so still 4 overall Yonkos.
