Having 1 trait doesn't give you CoC for sure. If that were the case, every Captain would have CoC because they have subordinates.

I don't see a problem. Sanji was the first to get his own big dedicated arc, he was the first among the 2 to confront and fight a Yonkou, he was the first to fight commander-level characters from a Yonkou crew. SO why can't Oda give him COC first?

I'm not saying it's his official name I'm saying in the canon manga, often times they translate and write it as Zolo on accident due to the interchangeable nature of the Japanese L and R sound.
