We don't know what happened between the time Zoro left the village and Zoro found a fox. We just know that it took him a while to locate the fox and he got lost. The databook tells us from the time Zoro entired Wano he has been facing assassins.
I'm talking about this scene.
We don't know how long they fault it could have been 15 minutes it could have been 30 minutes. All we know it was enough time for snow together on a tree branch, become too heavy, and fall off.
You still don't understand the amount of energy you burn in a fight compared to barely moving around and staying in the same spot most of the day.
Sanji was told not to fight to preserve energy.
Look at professional boxers or MMA fighters. They will work out multiple times a day which typically includes strength training and some type of cardio. Yet, they are still tired after 3 to 5 minutes fights in the ring because of the amount of energy burned in a fight.
Who said anything about a coma. You could pass out and regain consciousness. That is normal.

Momonosuke didn't go 85 days, with rationing 5 days worth of food, and running out completely on day 25, leaving 60 straight days without eating a single thing.
Sanji and Zeff were both practically skeletons when they were rescued, Momonosuke wasn't even close to that.
Momonosuke was also on the run from the moment he was sent from the past, going from island to island until he was kidnapped and sent to Punk Hazard. So he wasn't being stagnant either.
Zoro is a grown ass man, with superhuman endurance and stamina. You cannot compare him to an 8 year old normal child, who was starving for 60 straight days, using "he was being stagnant" as an argument.

Something that shouldn't even need to be said lol. Luffy and Zoro gained this exclusivity once they were both dropped into the WG and nobody else from the crew got the same treatment. Both of them are heavy ambition based with dreams that surpass anything the rest of the crew is trying to achieve from a combatant standpoint.
