Lovely chapter this week. Puzzle block Buggy featuring a ball that looks like the Oro Jackson's egg is such a tease.
The Gifters pledge their allegiance to supreme lord O-Tama. After recovering from Queen's CoC :yasu:, Tama finally activates "Order" 66 (chapter title) to force all the unsuspecting Gifters to switch sides. Not all Gifters were converted as some had no reason to eat dango, such as the cats in Who's Who's playpen, but backup soon arrives resulting in Gifter vs Gifter warfare that cancels out their forces and leaves Jack, WW and Sasaki down to 1v1s. It's a symbolic gesture showing the Beast Pirates will use their extra manpower and don't care for the honor or fairness of a 1v1 like a Katakuri would.
The Brachio who ate the Cyborg-Cyborg fruit. Queen continues holding up relatively well in the live floor, surprising to the point that a Collier Strike + laser exploding in his mouth causes no bleeding. Something sets him off, whether it's the Gifters invading the live floor or Sanji stopping Queen from getting distracted, giving us the glorious Yonko commander hybrid. A goofy mess of a design seemingly inspired by several Spiderman villains with a TMNT face, quite fitting for a quirky villain like Queen. The thick stumps he gained as legs, long and lean yet strong arms that pack a lot less fat, muscular center mass, and a neck not long enough to overwhelm the form. Good stuff. For insanity, throw in a hand claw, an extendable tail claw, a hair claw and sword to show how many weapons Queen can cram into one body. The creations of MADS facing off, gotta love it.
Miyagi sensei delivers the GOAT cure. Chopper, doctoring in Monster Point either because he's incapable or unwilling to cancel it, finally gets nailed by the first of Caesar's side effects. The doc becomes boomer baby Chopper, the cutest old man ever and coming to stores near you. A marked improvement as previously he got paralyzed after Monster Point. Miyagi comes in clutch with a miracle healing drug an addict like Zoro craves. However, Zoro will feel twice the pain received after the medicine wears off. Whether that includes rooftop pain or just everything after he was healed is unknown. Just like Alabasta's Hero Water, Fishman Island's Energy Steroid, the ancient civilization of Zou's secret sauce may have had precedent:
It's possible what Zoro called fast healing, what Jack thought was the Mink's hardiness, the Minks recovering to full strength every 12 hours to fight off Yonko forces for multiple days, was actually the work of a weaker version of the mink medicine. Doesn't explain why they didn't trust genius and savior Chopper to improve on their medicine, but that could happen post-Wano. The set up here looks like Zoro's drugs will wear off at the climax of the Zoro vs King fight and a reputed lover of torture like King should inflict lots of pain before then, forcing Zoro to push past his mental limits and finish off the commander. Otherwise we're just looking at full strength Zoro picking off a King that's been weakened by Marco.
I have something that will cause LOTS of pain

Who was Who: The Complete History. Great to see Oda give minor antagonists a backstory and use them to build up the world. In this case, Who's Who shares many disturbing similarities to Rob Lucci with a cat Zoan, Rokushiki proficiency, CP9 work history, burned for a mission screw up, even a direct comparison that he was a genius-level talent like Lucci. I'll take his word over an outsider speculating based on rumors like Doberman. WW was imprisoned 12 yrs ago and says he met the Warlord there, but Jinbe has been a Warlord for 11-12 years and only entered a prison in Impel Down when it cost him his job title. While unclear, it's possible Who's Who was one of the Level 6 escapees freed by Blackbeard, not strong enough to join his crew as only a EL Lucci-level agent, started his pirating career at the same time the Worst Generation came into focus, then ended up absorbed recently by the Beast Pirates like X-Drake where he grew to his current level. Regardless of the timeline, it's no wonder CP0 is cool around the eye tattoo gang.
A Who no more. The trifecta of sick human, Zoan and hybrid designs is completed with WW's beastly luchador cat form. The open coat, rippling chest, belt buckle, flowing mane, fully hairy face, and the horned mask with blank eyes to complete the look. I love that his sword acted as a fancy beatstick, was unsheathed to reveal a comically tiny dagger, now disappeared entirely. A former CP9 might be more suitable for Robin, but a cat and a fish in a martial arts bout is a joy to watch. An amazing first 1v1 for Strawhat Jinbe, nice that Oda built up Who's Who as a former genius WG agent to compete with the former Warlord. You can think of it as two pre-TS arc bosses like Lucci vs Crocodile/Moria facing off.
That silly, wacky, ordinary Gomu Gomu? The most powerful fruit in the verse. What a way to end the chapter. So a talent like Lucci was used to obtain Pluton's blueprints and Nico Robin, now the previous Lucci was imprisoned for failing to protect the rubber DF. Combine that with the editor's note and we've got some controversy. Narratively speaking, the main reason to plant the idea that there could be something special about the Gomu Gomu is if Luffy had yet to discover this ability. CP9, the marines, Blackbeard didn't think much of it. The Gorosei and IM might have no idea how Luffy fights. Kingmaker Shanks theories aren't new, but this would be spilling an oil tanker on that fire. For better or worse, the way Oda keeps connecting threads back to minor events earlier in the story is what makes One Piece a goldmine for theories and speculation.
