I did. The viz translation is “Zoro and Sanji have Luffy’s back”

that’s the translation from Stephen, the official translator

honestly, this just seems like idiom or turn of phrase in Japanese.

Not to undermine Stephen's work, but I feel like that translation undersells or rather doesn't accurately capture what Oda is saying here but let's agree to disagree on this ^^
