Interesting because almost every Sanji fan I’ve heard talk about this always says the opposite

Because it’s always a fact that Zoro always beats Sanji in 1v1. Pre time skip, Sanji literally had no defense against swords. Post time skip, Sanji gets CoA, Zoro gets better CoA than him. Sanji gets a raid suit defense, Zoro gets Ryuo that can cut anything and ignore durability, then Zoro gets fire cutting to top it off

Like the biggest Sanji wankers like King of Lightning always say “Feats feats feats” because from the start Zoro just naturally has the advantage in fighting style that Sanji can’t match and always loses 1v1
