Luffy hasn't even used combined G4+ adv CoC on panel yet, and hasn't used any KING moves yet at all.
It isn't a massive gap in base strength if he fought Kaido for 30 minutes with the handicap of learning to use this new power and while already being in a more fatigued and damaged state than Kaido, coming fresh out of a knock out.

he lost 20 minutes in base, he can't last more than 2 if he used king attacks in gear 4, remember his fight vs doflamingo, king kong gun consumed all of his gear 4 haki/energy.

it's true that gear 4 would bring luffy to a comparable strength to kaido, but it's still not enough to win a 1v1.

No outshining occured, Luffy is the strongest supernova by a large margin. Luffy became a YC1+ after WCI which is what Zoro will be at the end of this arc, while Luffy will be solidly Yonko level.

yes. the earthquake and that moment coincided. one of the fodder even tells in that very panel that he is struggling to stand on his legs against the anger of this man.

Zoro in that same panel is telling you he is not the one

read the official translation. zoro denies causing the earthquake. he never denies using CoC. oda again makes it as ambiguous as possible.

brook calls it CoC. the same brook who has witnessed Luffy use CoC at fishman island and the same brook that witnessed big mom's CoC at the tea party. pretty sure he knows what he's talking about.

if queen confirms it that pretty much gives it up. oda IS purposefully making it as AMBIGUOUS as possible for the grand ch 1010 reveal.

im sure the anime will make it like how they added a CoC scene in episode 984.

this is another parallel to marineford - both wars started getting serious once a supernova (luffy at Marineford/zoro at Wano) uses conquerors haki (Luffy by accident/Zoro on purpose). look at the marineford panel i attached in that post and the zoro one from wano and tell me that the artwork is different.

In terms of pure strength, Gear 4 before learning adv coc was stronger than Kaido (non awakened), with Kaido forced to wait for the stamina to run out.

He has whatever G4 stamina the plot demands, he ended Katakuri with a king move and he ended Doflamingo with a king move, he will most likely end Kaido with a king move after sort of keeping pace with his awakening using standard G4.

Zoro tanked multiple attacks from Kaido, perma scarred him, and saved Luffy's bum ass multiple times on the rooftop. By scaling, he's already above every YC1 by a good margin. Zoro shat on Luffy in feats on the roof.

luffy got his ass whopped thereafter and right now is recuperating to go back up to the skull dome with momonosuke carrying him. Preferably it’s gon be another round with prolly luffy saving the day due to prolly yamato getting burned out

Zoro never said he didn't use CoC. He said that he obviously wasn't the one causing Earthquake.

Queen was shitting his pants when Zoro exclaimed towards him- had eyes shooting out of his pockets.

But, yeah. We can't say it was CoC for sure- but absolutely nothing proves that it wasn't CoC during the same time, either. The visuals are very similar to CoC, and Brook, who knows CoC first hand, comments on it being there while Zoro never denies that part.

Zoro zero-diffed Hyouzou and Monet, both of whom were portrayed as giving Luffy trouble. Oda made it a point to show how Zoro wasn't even being remotely challenged.

None of Luffy's "victories" were even proper ones. Doffy went down because Law nerfed him and the villagers rescued Luffy. Cracker went down because Nami helped Luffy. Katakuri went down because he let Luffy win.

Punches push down opponents, sword attacks slash them. Bringing an opponent to their knees is a way bigger feat for a swordsman than a brawler.

Zoro is stronger than Luffy, keep crying.
